Nothing is more upsetting than seeing your pet suffer from itchy or red skin. We’ll be there to make them feel better when they’re feeling down.

Skin problems in dogs and cats are common and can be caused by hormonal imbalances, allergies, infections, or parasites such as fleas and mites. These problems can be particularly difficult to treat and should be addressed as soon as possible.

We can often diagnose a skin problem in your pet simply by examining him or her. Some dermatological diseases or conditions necessitate additional diagnostic procedures to ensure an accurate diagnosis. We may perform blood work, urinalysis, skin scraping, or biopsies based on your pet’s symptoms and the results of our physical exam.
